She was a childcare provider in her home for 20 years. In 2008, she decided to take her vision and passion for helping children and families to a whole new level by opening a childcare center.

(Kids named her Aia- mama)
She has worked at Little Lambs since 2008. She is morning supervisor and day-baby teacher. She is the one that meets all kids in the early morning. She turns their favorite movie on, reads the books and tries to help them wake up. Her favorite thing to do is to go to the lake with her family and barbecue. "My family is my life," always says Andrea.

(Kids named her Shell)
She has worked at Little Lambs since 2009. She is Toddler teacher(1-2 years old). "I like working at Little Lambs because I enjoy working with children. There is always something different happening every day. Kids make every day interesting. I also enjoy working with my co-workers," says Michelle. She is Japanese. Her favorite food are sushi; shrimp tempura which is buttered deep-fried shrimp, and sashimi which is raw onion tuna.

She has worked at Little Lambs since 2009. She is a kitchen supervisor and evening-baby teacher. Got married a year ago. Loves babies. Sometimes she does baby-sitting after work for free! "Babies fill up my heart with peace, joy and love," she says. Her favorite thing to do is to spend time with her husband, and cook for him.

She has worked at Little Lambs since 2009. She is Toddler teacher (2-3 years old). "I like to work at Little Lambs because it's a Christian day care. This is the place where everything kids can hear is positive. They learn how to pray, sing Christian songs and listen to the best stories in the world which are Bible stories," says Fatima. She is also a full-time SFCC student, works at the Christian magazine "The Voice of Truth" and loves traveling.

Ivan

He has worked at Little Lambs less since 2010. He is a special needs Teacher, working mostly with the boys. He teaches them how to fix everything that is broken, creates small cars and airplanes and builds towers and castles. "I like my job," says Ivan. "Kids teach me a lot. They forgive and love no matter what. They never stay angry for a long time. Nothing is a problem for them. They act like they are Princes and Princesses. Most of the time they are happy and always ready to help!" His favorite thing to do is to play trumpet in his church's band. He is also a full-time SFCC student.
